钢管单元重量(kg / m或lb / ft)是在采购订单中规定的重要描述。
那么如何计算每英尺或每米的钢管重量?
通过管道重量和总数量米,我们将得到整个重量的管道要求。另一种方法是从钢管重量图中找出(文章下方是钢管重量图)。
钢管单位重量是另一种表达管道尺寸进度表的方式,计算管道的最大压力,并为整个管道项目做预算。
基本上,有两种方法可以计算每脚或每米的钢管重量。
一个是根据钢管重式公式计算。
另一种方法是从钢管重量图中找到。
钢管单元重量(kg / m或lb / ft)应根据以下公式计算。
kg / m是每米千克
磅/英尺等于磅/英尺
p1 = t(d-t)* c
在哪里
D是指定的外径,以毫米表示(英寸)
T是指定的壁厚,以毫米(英寸)表示
C为0.02466,用于SI单元的计算和10.69,用于USC单位计算。
请注意:钢管的公称重量是其长度与单位长度(每英尺或每米)质量的乘积。
例如:描述API 5L无缝钢管,外径为6 5/ 8inch (168.3 mm),管壁厚度为SCH 40 (7.11 mm或0.280 inch),长度为12米。
然后单位管重量kg / m,7.11 x(168.3-7.11)x 0.02466 = 28.26 kg / m
单位钢管重量磅每英尺是0.28 × (6-0.28) × 10.69 = 18.99磅/英尺
我们认识另一个要发现每只脚的管材重量是通过钢管尺寸和重量图,这个图表在管道活动中非常有用。
本图表包括管道公称直径、壁厚、附表(SCH)等级的信息。和相应的管道重量inf磅每英尺或公斤每米。
根据管材重量,管壁厚度通常施加三种类型:
STD为标准称重管,XS为增厚管,XXS为超厚管。(更多的管道时间表是适用的)
对于DN≤250mm的管道,SCH40相当于STD,
对于DN <200mm的管道,SCH80相当于Xs
